This site presents PolygonGraphio, a diagnostic service for industrial estates. Its content is general information about the service.

Figures and scenarios
EBITDA amounts and other values on the site are illustrative scenarios based on the assumptions shown next to each figure. They are not measurements, forecasts or promises of savings, value or results.
Data sources
Counts of estates, area, buildings and companies come from open geographic data (© Overture Maps Foundation, CDLA-Permissive 2.0; © OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL 1.0) and our own count. They may contain errors or omissions and reflect the date shown. The site only publishes data aggregated per estate, never data on individual companies.
Geographic names
Names of estates, business parks and municipalities are used only as geographic references. They do not imply cooperation with, a relationship with or endorsement by their owners, managers or associations.
Competition law
Deals between companies that may follow from a diagnostic (for example, jointly contracted services) are set up in line with Spanish Law 15/2007 on the Defence of Competition and article 101 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, with no exchange of commercially sensitive information between companies. Each company decides independently.
No investment offer
References to shared structures or company value are descriptive. Nothing on this site is an offer of securities, an invitation to invest or a request for funds.
