What data we process and why

  • Request form. Your email and, if you give them, your name and message. Purpose: replying to your scan or contact request. Legal basis: your consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the box, which you can withdraw at any time.
  • Visit measurement. No cookies and nothing stored on your device. Your IP address and browser are turned in memory into a non-reversible daily code (the key is deleted after 48 hours) and are not stored. We record the page visited, the referring page, campaign parameters and the type of network, to count real visits and filter automated traffic. Legal basis: legitimate interest in minimal measurement of site use (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • WhatsApp and call. These buttons open WhatsApp (Meta) or your phone app, under their own terms. We only count the click, without personal data.
  • Business location data. To compute the per-estate totals we use public business location data (Overture Maps, OpenStreetMap). Only totals per estate are published. If your business appears in that source data and you object to our processing it, write to us (art. 21 GDPR). Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Recipients and providers

We do not sell or share personal data. Providers process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting, network and databases; the request register is hosted in the EU), Softr (business contact management) and Telegram (internal alert to the owner when a request arrives). To show the map, your browser downloads the base map from CARTO and the map library from unpkg; these services receive your IP address as part of the connection. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area with the safeguards set out in the GDPR (such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).

Retention

Form data is kept as long as needed to handle your request and, if a business relationship starts, for the applicable legal periods. You can ask for deletion at any time. Visit statistics are kept in aggregated form.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to gino.smit@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Legal framework: Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
